My cousin emailed it to me asking about it. He's an antique dealer of many years, so I am not sure if he honesty doesn't know if he is testing me. But now I am curious. It looks like something I need to remove mopar wiper arms though.....LOL.

the only clue I can offer is the USPS never called Washington "WN" only "WA" that I can find. only the coast guard used that abbreviation. don't even know if that's a clue..
