my daily driver is a typical french car : the renault 25. One of the best car ever made here.
2.1l Diesel, maybe 90 hp, 40 MPG ( and more if you want but the driving will be slow ) confortable.
Nearly maintenance free ( for me ) : I get the tires for free, oil change cost 10€, light bulbs are free ( on wrecks ), brake pads costs 10€ too...
Has 500.000 km ( 310 685 miles ) and still going, some leaks but it is classic.
not mine, just to see : ( on mine the paint is leaving the car )
those big old and quite recent cars are very very cheap here in town, because there is no parking places so people do not want them.
