That’s a shame. Looks like it might have been a half decent car before they hacked it up. I’m thinking a dyi or low budget at the very least. A first rate custom coach builder would have reenforced the body/frame and would have made sure the top fit better. Of course doing it right would cost more than the car is worth.
Appears to be nicely done. I like it. I just hope the car was too far gone in other respects to warrant a restoration.
. Mother Mopar never built a Ranchero type car but if she did it would probably look something like that, although it appears this is four door wagon with the rear doors welded. I’ve always wondered if Dodge or Plymouth ever did any clay bucks or prototypes of this type. Has anyone seen photos of anything like that?
