I don't think I like where this is going!
I have to admit it is ingenious though. When I looked at the second picture, I wondered why they would cut the headers and thought that must be the "funny mod". Then I scrolled down.
On a different note, I like those valve covers. I wish someone still made finned valve covers like those, with no lettering, for big block mopars.

For the same reason they do all the stupid **** to these cars. Sometimes it’s just stupid and destructive because someone is handy with tools and a torch, or you get some dickhead who thinks he or she will dazzle everyone by using a car to express their artistic talents. I can’t decide which is worse.

That’s the “BathTub” built buy Big Daddy Ed Roth I believe.. Galpin Auto in CA did a full rebuild on it. If you have Motor Trend App there is a full episode on it.
