Nope. After a night of "research", it IS for the heater core valve.
Now I gotta find all the thingamabobs, doo-hickies, and what-nots that the ******* ripped out from under the dash. Grrr...
I'm just going to look for an entire complete setup.

Can you take a pic of where the other end of that copper line goes?

Yes, please. That would help immensely.

In addition, I am also missing, apparently, the duct that connects the air inlet to the heater box. A pic of that would help also.
