Can anyone tell me where I can buy a heavy duty Snow/Ice/UV protective car cover for my Imperials? I have to store them outside. I have a 69 and 73 Lebarons. Both are 2 door.

Thanks,
Wizard

I bought an adco model 'f' 4-layer cover from wally world,, it lasted 3 months here... sigh. go with something better.

California car covers are some of the best you can buy. Go to their Web site and choose your desired need.

I purchased a custom fit car cover last year for my '78 NYB, I chose the Evolution 4 year around fabric for me in Wisconsin. This is the same high quality fabric cover that I purchased 25 years ago for my '59 Imperial. My color choice was grey, price was $235 delivered to my door. The name of the rep was Steven Behnke 800 529-8315. If anyone one found a comparable cover cheaper let me know.

What is the name of the company you bought from for your 78 NYB?

The name of his company is Murphy's Motoring Accessories of Kaukauna Wisconsin. He was at a large car show in Appleton Wi. for years. I got a quote from him that he wrote on his business card. Several months later I called him and he honored it, no questions asked. He even remembered me and our conversation. He keeps a logg of his contacts. He maybe a representive of a manufacturer but I checked extensively on the internet before I made my decision. Things do change and that is why I asked if anyone found a comparable one cheaper.

X3 on California Car Covers. I've got their top of the line outdoor cover for both my '65 300 and '64 GTO. They do an excellent job in holding off the elements (primarily UV and rain here in So Cal). Besides the product, they have excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

Here's the difference.... The California car cover will be fitted to your car. They cut to a specific pattern for each model. Anything cheaper will probably just be generic "fits most" type cover. The fitted cover won't flap around and wear the edges off your paint like a loose one will.

The last one I bought was flannel lined and fit like a glove.

I like to see if anyone else has used another company with same or better quality with less price.
