I should know this, but a guy posted this on FB. It has to be one of the cleanest sheets I've seen, it is out of a '76. I just had to share it looks new.
Where do you look up codes for a build sheet?

That is in amazing shape.
Some of those multi-color sheets had ALL the codes printed on their backside. Perhaps a few model years later? Only thing is that ALL of the codes were listed, not just the ones for the particular platform they were found in.
The OTHER thing is to make sure the sheet matches the VIN of the vehicle it's found in.

I wish my broadcast sheet looked that good. The one I found under the rear seat was completely disintegrated.
www.stockmopar.com also has a tag decoder and their site is free. Works good as long as there are no exotic codes.
