Who is going to the Carlise Show?

Lodging at the Super 8 in Scotland, PA. I-81 exit 20, just off the highway.

I just wish the Women's Oasis was farther away from the C-body line.

Careful what you wish for. We have been VERY lucky with the placement of our cars in recent years. One year they had the C bodies back against the hill on the opposite side of the "test drive" track. I was fortunate they had a class for convertibles that year and parked there and even that was across the road that goes though the fairgrounds.

Parking next to the Oasis is actually a good thing, depends how you look at it.

It is larger than most, you'll have to keep it tight to your car. There is limited space and people want their elbow room. Even though we are all there for the same thing tempers can run high..

Yep I can imagine some getting uptight when space for their baby is encroached upon but I understand that completely as I want space for my baby too...but even more so I don't want any friction to potentially ruin a good time. I think I will pitch it up here--dry run, just to get an idea of the footprint.

I love the location of the C-Body line. Nice and flat ground and central to all the area's that interest me. I meant move the women's oasis back against the hill.

I just checked the weather forecast. 85-86 degrees and sunny for the show. I'll take that.

Wow, that's perfect, I'll take that anyday! I've been meaning to check that myself.

I expect that every Carlisle event, but the show is two weeks away I have no faith in what the forecast says today for then.

Hear, hear....Monday you could be a donut maker, then Tuesday go on television and call yourself a weather forecaster (oops, "meteorologist")...you CAN bet if they say its sunny, it will be rainy, and vise versa.

As long as snow plows are needed...I'm good with any weather.

:suning:

As long as snow plows are NOT needed...I'm good with any other weather.

Polara, I don't alway bring her, just was there the first time last year. My Charger has been there 8 or 9 times, and will possibly be there this year also. MPJ

I spent the morning cleaning the convertible. I am not done, probably another 6 hours of work needed but I needed to get a head start. I am hoping to get more done tomorrow.......Thank god I dont have a painted hardtop to wax anymore, that probably added an hour.

Dave, is it too early or am I not seeing the vendor list on the Carlisle home page?
