Who's going to the Chyrsler's at Carlisle show in July. I'm planning to go on Saturday. Possibly Friday too, if I can take a day off from work. I'm looking forward to seeing the other C-bodies and meeting you guys.

.........me, me,me

Been there every year since 1992. I'll be there all four days, are you pre registered?

Pre registration makes things easy now. They mail you the windshield sticker so no waiting in a registration line, you drive right in.

I'll be there, were hauling my brothers 70 R/T Challenger down, and with any luck I can get a tow vehicle to haul my 340 Duster along. Would love to have my dad drive his '69 Sport Fury down, but he's using the $$ gas cost $$ card as an excuse despite the fact its only 2 tank fillups the entire weekend.

Will be there Thurs, leaving Sunday am to get home

So you and your brother buy dad a $100.00 gas card and get him there..........................no excuses!

I'm registered and will be at the big show Friday and Saturday. I'm in the C-body 69-78 stock class. I didn't see a "needs work" class.

Ya, by time you pay to park and pay to get in... you still have to walk some distance to get to the show field. The pre-registration is a great deal! I've been to the show about a half dozen times since I retired from the Army in 1996 and settled in Maryland. This is the first time I'm bringing a Mopar to the show.

:eek:ccasion14:........nice!
It doesn't seem like too many people from this site are going to Carlisle. I'm sure distance has a lot to do with it. I'm fortunate to live less then 100 miles from there.

Not too many is right. The site is still lagging in attendance, even the Drydock doesn't get too many going. The distance is a big part of people not attending, they have no idea what they are missing.
I am about 120 miles away and have been to the Chrysler event every year since 92 or 93.

Sadly, distance and the economy has a lot to do with it. Every Mopar enthusiast should be be able to see the big show at least one time in their lifetime. I was lucky enough to have a 1969 SuperBee as my 1st car and traded it in on a brand new Ralleye 340 Challenger in 1973. Dumb me sold the Challenger for $700 the day before I went in the Army in 1976. I had numerous Mopar's during my 20 year journey in the Army depending where I was stationed. I went to my 1st Mopar show at Carlisle in the mid 90's and I'll admit that I had quite an emotional moment when I saw the rows of SuperBee's and RoadRunner's and all the other Mopar's. I will probably go to every Mopar show at Carlisle until I stop breathing or the Army recalls me.

I still have to review the vendor list. I need to get pretty much all of the window and door seals, dash pad, door panels or at least find out about availabilty.
