Wiper Motor

We are struggling with the wipers, we thought at first we just needed the linkage bushings to attach the connector arm to the motor, but upon turning it - it just pops off. Ours has these outer metal pieces that seem to make the connector pop off as it turns. I believe we are missing a piece, but unsure. Here’s a photo - any feedback/suggestions helps.

Wiper motor linkage retainer clip, it attaches to the groove in the shaft. www.megapartsusa.com has them. Enter wiper motor clip in the site search. available for $2

There is also a plastic grommet that goes into the wiper linkage, mega should have those also. I suggest you down load the FSM for your vehicle at www.mymopar.com it is free and you can get detailed instructions on various repairs in the manual. Manuals are in the Tools/Reference section from the my mopar home page.
