I am new to this site and I have posted in the wanted to buy section and some of you may have seen my post.I have what I feel is a strange request,I have been emailing back and forth with a guy about a 1966 newport for sale in Mandan,North Dakota and the guy has stopped responding and I think it might be because I am in minnesota and he might not want to deal with a long distance sale and I was wondering if there is anyone in the area that could act as kind of a 'gobetween' for me.

I didn't think ND and Minnesota were that far apart. Best thing would be to head over there with a trailer and some cash and make the deal.
You might want to be careful about posting contact info for a car your interested in here. There seem to be some unscrupulous lurkers that will buy a vehicle out from under you. ...... It's happened before.
