But he has the know how or cash to swap the drive train? But not to repair the Imp? Shenanigans. Swap a straight door... righty tighty, lefty loosy.. no difference. And tight ' s tight. Too tight's broke.

The B-pillar on These Hardtop Jobs will Need some Fixing to have proper gaps/angles and the door closing that an Imperial should be worthy. But you have the right side for reference or even to make some simplified rig. Doable but not all that easy if you want to do it right.

Could be true but I doubt it. The structure of the doors has barely moved. I'd guess it'd spring back to it's natural position once the skins are cut off. For the B pillar to have moved the doors would be in a lot worse shape. And you'd see it in person in the roof, it's be a dead give away.

edit **** Errrt Sorry hardtop so no roof flex. So it'd show up in glass misalignment. but still....easy fix.

Regardless, the fix ain't easy or cheap.
It can be done.
I'd fix it. You'd fix it. He ain't fixing in...

Yep car is bad, need mad skills to fix, nobody needs even look at the car. Except me of course, thank you.

I inquired about the New Yorker and he still has it. Even though I'm not looking for a Fusie but, I've been tempted to trade him my truck for this car because I love the green color and would hate to see a good car go to waste as an engine/derby donor. The only thing is I'm not sure if it has the old Auto Temp II setup. The other thing is he is not sure if the A/C works but, I would like to think it works being a car from Arizona. The only problem he said is the left side windows have a mind of their own so I'm not sure how much it would take to fix.

I seriously doubt that he bothered to fix anything that couldn't be fixed by ignoring it.
Shocks me what people ignore.

How long have the brakes been like that?
.....Ummm.. right after my daughter's wedding.
And those are your grandkids with you now?

He's not answering my email...:BangHead:

I agree on the price of $6100. He's had it listed much higher in the past as others have said. I was just wondering if the car would be worth $4500 whole if the car is in good shape mechanically. I do have something I would "consider" trading him as he said he does take trades. However, I have a member on here that has a nice car that I would love to have as well.

I would offer 3,500 and take it from there. If You Guys End Up At 4, Or 4,500 Fine. It's always better to start lower, and work him a little... he'll start high.
