That seems to be a Clip out of one of the car spotters guides published in later years. I like the scrap book style, info can't be too accurate though. But I believe the "rare" Status in that case.

Even though it's too far into the weeds it does have a distinct charm. Just need to get those stabilizers into the wind.

When I relocated to Michigan from SoCal in '61 and read the Mi. Driverz Manual before transferring my CDL to the "Mitten State", There waz ah whole page with picturez showing and explaining the ONLY HAND SIGNAL and it showed the left turn hand signal and I'll paraphrase it ah little but what it amounted to waz WATCH OUT 'CUZ I'M GONNA DO SOMETHIN'. For real folkz, I can't make this S**t up...Alwayz wished Ida stole the book and framed it!, Jer

It's amazing how many folks have no idea what these mean, or think it's a woman drying her nail polish.
Hell, they don't even use the electric ones around here.
