    Bastardized 1959 "Coronet" build

Ok guys, I'd like a quick, dirty and cheap method to simulate the steel roof panel for mockup, slice and dice. Any ideas other than fiberglass?

    1969 Imperial progress thread

It isn't the thread that's shallow. The OD of the threads is tapered. What has happened is it was sticking out of the chuck too far and the first cut was too deep. Looking at the chatter marks, I also wonder if the cutting tool wasn't on center, possibly set too low. The "hockey stick"...

So, where does the whole 1 of 1 or 1 of 13 info come from? If they didn't keep the figures how are we to believe, the Galen Govier reporting?

    1969 Imperial progress thread

That's how QA1 has built it. They used Steel bolts initially as well. They applied a generous amount of anti-seize tho. But due to the modifications I have to make because of the screwed up threads, I went with Steel now because I don't want to cut slots into the aluminum tubes, in case I have...

Where was this Mopar Brochure/Ad Photo shot?

yeah, there will very likely be a logical assumption(s), a couple of informed speculations, etc., one has to make to go from "anywhere in the world" to the Bonneville was "probably there". hope you can "share the ET stage" Monday night with these fine people after graciously accepting your...

I have a 1966 fury ...I can NOT move the steering wheel

Is oil pan sitting on drag link? Some oil pans are deeper. Are steering links all properly mounted and not “upside down”? Does it have correct engine mounts? Or damaged engine mounts?

    1969 Imperial progress thread

Excellent modification and beautifully recorded. Thank you! - The only thing I would be worried about is possible corrosion btw AL-tube and Fe-threads. Aluminum and steel do not like each other if there is any moisture at all. And in suspension components, if the vehicle is not a trailer queen...

1970 Plymouth Sport Fury GT for sale $35,000

FK3 Burnt Orange ‘70 Plymouth Sport Fury GT is up for sale. I drove this all the way from Amarillo, Texas to Los Angeles six years ago. The car ran and drove up until I decided to pull the steering box, steering column, and dash during the pandemic. Due to the arrival of a second child...

    1969 Imperial progress thread

Correcting it is probably impossible, yes. The machinist suggested, since the shallow threads are only at the end where the locking nuts are sitting, that he could make new tubes, slice them and mill some clamps, like on oem tie rods to lock the adjustment down. This way there would be no need...

    1965 Chrysler Imperial Radiator

Hello everybody, I have a ‘65 Imperial that I recently got. Unfortunately someone had been using water instead of coolant all of those years which has led to the radiator rusting. I am trying to shop for new radiators but I am unable to find radiators for a ‘65 Imperial. Will other radiators for...

Holley Sniper II or 4BBL Carb Upgrade?

Know a guy who's got an AVS2 carb on his. Have driven and ridden in it quite a few times now. It really is the closest thing to full-on fuel injection if you want to keep it carbed. Throttle response is wonderful. I've got an AVS2 sitting in my room waiting to get bolted onto my 383, I'd...
