Question on batteries; CCA and AGM

I bought a die hard AGM battery in 2016 and it is still cranking over BB mopars! Just an awesome battery. I'd buy another one of I could find it. You could have 2000 CCa, your electrical device only takes so much as it needs, you can't and won't over power it as long as it is 12 volts. Just...

    14” white lines?

Look at online tire sellers, many sizes of 14" available. Tire stores don't stock what they don't sell. I'm not sure about Canada shipping though. Maybe there is an online one on Canada.

1966 was the first year for the 440. The 413 was gone, no more 413 after 1965 in passenger cars. Let's leave the industrial and trucks out of this Passenger car question.

ENGINE removal question on 66 Chrysler 300

And the subframe has the parking brake cable and brake lines to remove also. You can remove front suspension from the subframe or K member just fine when it's in the car.

ENGINE removal question on 66 Chrysler 300

There is no K frame on a C body, it's the front subframe. Much more work than a K frame.

ENGINE removal question on 66 Chrysler 300

You don't need to remove the A/C condensor. I like to remove the fan so it's out of the way, doesn't get damaged, and makes it that much shorter.

C body seat belts compatible with b body

Some c body's belts are the same ad b body. They might be a bit longer. Should work. Problem is the outboard retractors are longer/taller and may be in the way of entering/exiting the car.

ENGINE removal question on 66 Chrysler 300

Yes you can do that. Then with engine out you can make something to support trans to the frame rails so you can roll the car. I like to remove the engine alone, then put a floor jack under trans and roll it forward and lift it out of the car with the engine hoist. Then I don't have to lay on...

8 3/4 pinion seal and rear axle collar adjuster

Yes both are correct. You can still overtighten the nut. So mark the nut on the shaft so you are close. Axles are butted up to a centering block so they both move as one, so only one side needs the adjuster. Have both rear wheels off the ground when adjusting. It's not that hard to...

WANTED Early closed chamber heads for a 1961 383

I have a pair of early heads and they have 1.95" intake valves, odd looking. No bolt holes on end of heads. I believe they are from a 1959 383, but not absolute.

1961 Plymouth Fury Sonoramic Commando FOUR door

Next question, do you want 4 bolt valve covers as original? The don't have cast in rocker pedestals. Or do you not mind 6 bolt valve covers? Mid 1963 was the change. And remember you need to have the bolt holes on the end of the passenger head for the alternator bracket. So 1960 and older...

1961 Plymouth Fury Sonoramic Commando FOUR door

Neat car, they made many of the long ram 4 doors, it was an optional engine. I wouldn't want open chamber heads on that engine. I would use the fairly common 516 heads and leave the 1.60 exhaust valves. Because that is what the combination is and it is small cubic inches.
