Spent the day with Wyatt at his shop stripping what's left of the 70 Newport convertible. Going back tomorrow to to bring some of the remains and the engine/trans back to my shop. The temps were around 50° and it was sunny all day. Supposed to be warmer tomorrow.

Agreed, the light comes on for a certain amount after the door is opened (dome light triggered). Enough time for the ign cyl illumination to be operative until the key is in the cylinder to start the car. Then the light goes off, automatically.
