I have the AT1 system and the heat defrost parts work well. The a/c has been unhooked for years, so being a convertible I leave the AC compressor sitting there with the belt on it for looks.

This car has stuff I had forget. Headlight sentinel and delays. Climate control, am/fm/8track, stereo speakers, front disc, cruise. Lots of good stuff.

Mine 69 has a certification tag inside the driver's door jamb near the top hinge. Not on the door but on the framing. I'll try to get a picture

I'm not sure. It was a Colorado car and stored, maybe for retirement, but then was apparently sold to a fellow in NY who tried to make a hot rod out of it. I believe he died and this little car resto company in Wisconsin got it in a package deal. They didn't restore boats so I saw it on a car...

8 track is factory in 300 with am fm. Short in radio so haven't got to that. I have a bd speaker in glove box to play from my phone

Probably haha. The cops know me anyway but I gave up speeding, too many folks on their phone instead of driving these days.

Finally on the road again after 3 years in my garage and 20+ years in storage.

PS. I've turned at least 1.5 turns out on screw but still no backlash. Just trying to find reason for excessive play in steering wheel. Thanks

Question for you steering guys. I'm trying to adjust my 1969 300 and the fsm says loosen screw until backlash is felt. In this case, what does backlash mean? It also says loosen screw but I'm having to run the engine, then turn steering wheel end to end to get a 1/2 turn. Then turn wheel...
