1960 dodge

Thought I’d post a couple of pics of my RHD australian 1960 dodge. I’ve had quite a few over the years with one being my daily driver for many years. This one has been around the longest. A close friend dragged this one home on my 16th bday. When he passed away 8 yrs ago it I made room here at home permanently for it. I’ve had quite a lot of forward look cars over the years but this one has the most sentimental value. It gets driven a lot and is certainly showing its age. My youngest lad and I did a 2000 mile round trip a couple of years ago in it attending a car show down south. It’s due for some upgrades but. The old generator and drum brakes set up just doesn’t cut it now especially as I get older.

Beautiful car. I'm curious how the accelerator pedal linkage looked on a RHD car. The LHD cars had quite the linkage system, I imagine it got pretty complex for RHD. Especially with trans kickdown linkage involved.
Must also get pretty crowded for the master cylinder and booster and steering box considering Mopar offset the drivelines to the right side

I’ll take a pic later today. Very basic set up. Same pedal as the US and same floor hole set up. Only real difference is a rod going across the firewall. The lockdown clipped into it as well
