1965 300 Bleeder Screws

Looking for suggestions. Replacing front wheel cylinders. On the old cylinders the bleeder is so close to the spindle you cannot get a socket straight on them. The new cylinders look even worse/closer. New cylinders have really long bleeder screws. My first thought is to try and find shorter bleeders.

Any help appreciated.
 
Sounds same as my '66 Fury. I cut a short "ring" off the end of a properly sized 1/4 drive 6 point socket and welded a piece if 1/4" bar stock on it (vertically) for a handle. It worked for me- hope this might help. Lindsay
