Yes they will bolt right to your spindle and ball joint if you have 11" brakes. Mine is a 65 sport fury so same to same here. You might want to play it safe and purchase a fresh set of rubber lines, although i will probably throw mine in if decent. Wheel cylinder is still fresh as i mentioned before- so its truly plug and play.
If you are recerring to that little rubber tit thing that fills the gap up so to say then yes but they are firmly attached to the vent frame. I pulled the side glass out and thought i could simply remove it but the screw was like it was welded in place so they stayed. My buddy may have even ripped the other one off in anger too. Ill check right now and see- i do have the complete vent window assembly pair i could let go cheap if so since i have technically two sets. They may even reproduce those too. More to follow.
