1968 Auto Temp

I have all three manuals on the Auto Temp. It looks like I need the black tester tool. I have the Turquoise Auto Temp II tool. Checked the circuit breaker, and voltage is passing through. That's about as far as I got. Anyone know where I can get my hands on the tester tool?

From a quick search it looks like the control panel behind the passenger kick panel is usually the culprit. Does that sound legit?

Yes, often the kick panel unit is dead and there are pretty much no parts out there for Auto Temp I.

Open the box carefully and check if the servo arm moves when you go från 65-85 degrees.
