1971 Plymouth Sport Fury GT Brogham & U code Super Comando

The car is going to be better than new when it is done, find a very large glass container and seal it in here, Yacht in a bottle. :poke:

have been thinking about just hanging body panels throughout the place...take front K member, engine ,tranny and rear end and just throwin some glass on top of it and call it a coffee table...trunk will just throw in bedroom as kingsized bed with lid....

I'm thinking many here will find it necessary to make a pilgrimage to Alberta to worship this thing when Paul gets done with it.

What is he using on the shiny bits and pcs? That "chrome" spray I see YouTube videos of?

naw...he wouldn't use that stuff on this sorta stuff...can see applications else where re radio knobs that sorta stuff...basically hes just back shading the lettering ect then clean off what he doesn't want...original chrome was in good shape....basicly spray and wipe similar to what we would do for a gear cap sorta deal

Makes me feel envious or insignificant....
Haven't figured it out which, yet

don't feel bad...l have no house payments..and gov looks after the medical payments...have no wife or ex wifes to deal with...no kids so l don't feel the need to drink...thus no drain on the finances....
Now if l was married with a wife, kids and a ex to sppt re alimony which in turn would lead me to drink thus further draining what megar coin the ex wife and her lawyer have decided to let me have it would be a totally different story.....
would trade the car in ,in a heart beat to come home to someone bitchin about something...l think....their are always trade offs....

I think what Stan wants to know is what did he paint the Badges with? The pics clearly show they have been repainted with some sort of chrome product, I am curious to know too.

Check out Labrecques auto craft, Enfield CT.
the guy i'd like to use is absolute autobody in new london. mike kolashuk. top notch. i'm using a guy in taftville. keith kudej. following 'critters lead. taking the car apart panel by panel, sand blasting by pete fuery, having everything body worked a sprayed inside and out. this thread, and the site in general, has been a great inspiration. thank you for your recommendation though. honest people are hard to find. duplicolor engine enamel with ceramic
PN DE 1615
says he likes it because it gives him the satany silver alum color hes after and is durable

lower rocker panels test...polished up looks good but were gona go different route

am all giggles here..Paul says Gas tank sender arrived along with windshield washer reservoir and VYNAL ROOF is in and it ROCKS...

Before using them, you should have sent those NOS quarters to those companies that make the muscle car body panels so that we could get good Fury repops...not that the aftermarket companies would be interested on making really good C body stuff. Pity.
