Those cars and the seller of those cars is 'internet-famous', they've been for sale for a long time at very high asking prices. Have been discussed many times on numerous forums.

The VIP is priced at $12000 (last I knew) due to having those wheels on the build sheet. 1 of 1, so priced accordingly.
Accordingly, it hasn't sold yet.
