CS41T3C284716 has been for sale on FB for a couple of months. The asking price is $2.3k and quoted as firm, but the seller is motivated and has not been getting any local interest apparently.
The seller seems like a honest guy -- he sent me all the pics I asked for. He says that the "engine runs and the car is one master cylinder away from being a runner." That'd be a rough runner IMO, with a shot headliner, ripped seat fabric (though the power seats do work), no carpet, etc. To me, it looks instead like the perfect donor for CS43T2C303917, a beautiful GF3 hardtop that is still for sale a couple of hours north of this one in Hartselle, AL. That's because this '73 sedan has an un-cracked dash and a perfect working green rimblow steering wheel for the '72. It also has road wheels, either to resell or spruce up the '72.
I considered buying both cars, as GF3 is nice color, but decided to hold off till the exact color combo I want shows up. A couple of members who I thought might be interested have passed on the car as well, so I am now posting it here.
