The overall height of the radiator is 23", and it's 29 1/2" wide, that's including the mounting brackets on the radiator.

The two row matches this and the thickness. I did find another but it’s about an inch thicker which maybe difficult to fit the shroud

The original was a two row.

Search fir 69 to 70 the dimensions you described is what's in my 69 300 and looks like it would fit my 73 fury perfectly. In fact these things are somehow even cheaper than a few years ago. I'm going to order one for my fury also. It's another car that is nothing special. Saved from a derby..

Won’t work because the inlet and outlet are on the passenger side

Here is one with ports on passenger side looks to be pretty close may have to trim the flange
