318->383 swap

This guy is selling the engine tranny driveshaft and rear end. Should my rear end correspond to the new driveshaft or do I need to put the other one in
So you’re saying that a radiator change should most likely be needed as well
I sounds like the OP isn't doing anything but ripping the other car apart for whatever he can get. Just try to buy the whole mess and you'll have everything you need...

He ditched the car and kept the driveline

A lot has been said about the radiator... There are other options... It kinda depends on what you have now.

First, as said, the radiator inlet/outlets have to correspond to the inlet/outlet on your engine. The top is usually easy. The biggest differences is if the car has A/C or not. You make no mention of it, so I assume it doesn't.

The lower can be another matter... You can switch radiators and that is the usual way to correct the problem, but you also can change the water pump housing. There are left and right versions, both even now being reproduced in aluminum.

First thing, there were only two radiator widths for the '67 C-Body, 22" and 26". Basically 22" without A/C and 26" with A/C (or HD cooling etc). Either one will work just fine with your 383.

So... Look at the radiator in the car and figure out what you have. Is the lower hose on the passenger side or the driver side? What condition is the radiator in?

Now look at the engine... Lower hose on passenger or driver side? If it corresponds, you're good to go. If it doesn't, you have to swap water pump housings or radiators.
