60 Fury steering wheel question

Did the 1960 Furys come standard with the "areo" steering wheel,or was it an option?
Same question about the "toilet seat"

The deluxe, (aero), wheel was an option on power steering cars. The toilet seat was also an option on the Fury.

It's a slang term given for the fake spare tire treatment seen on the 59 and later car.
I believe it was called a sport deck or flight sweep.
