Yes i have the service manual. It has been an invaluable tool. Unfortunately it doesn't really help in this case.
We'll see if that relay works and go from there. Hopefully i didn't waste $90.
It does have the wiring diagrams and will probably be your saving grace to figure this out.

See if you can hot wire the motor in place and get it to run. Sometimes new parts can fail as well as older parts.
