Agreed, just from observation, drain tube and trunk leak / rear window accounting for the majority of the rust.
I truly like this car and hope it finds a good home. This car should be saved.

It looks like prolonged water accumulation type of rust rather than salt type damage given the better than expected frame condition. Maybe Barnfind could comment on that? So no one knows the miles on the car then? I don't think that rust is too challenging. If I didn't already have one of these, I would be seriously interested.
