Bought a 69 VIP 2dr a few years ago. Been gathering N.O.S parts for it. Going to resto shop this fall. It's a 440HP Car fully loaded. Haven't seen any in person either.4 dr models
much more common.

is it the blue L-code car which was on ebay many years ago?

there was apparently 2 then ... the other one was the B7 car 440 L code

I can only remember one car. It was an L-code car and had a blue engine. It was supposed to be matching. Needed some resto. If I remember correctly it had a black roof. I would like to see pics of Charles car to know if it is the one which I have in my head.

not gonna happen for 5 yrs minimum ... maybe 10.. too much other financial drain... once its over.. i,m moving anyway..so could be another few yrs after that... i got the hardest part covered though..I OWN FIVE of them..
