Well looks like Christmas came early here in Wisconsin. Got my quarters in just the other day, about a full half month early.
So far all I can say about them is that they look like they'll work, but they are also a little unfinished. Lucky for me the wheel openings are just about perfect. I'm debating whether or not to bother putting the chrome trim back on the wheel openings when I'm done with it.
I'll put up pictures as soon as I get the chance

yes, pictures please. don't know about your 71, but the 69 fury has an indentation around the wheel opening that the molding sits in. i was wondering if that was there and if they are a heavier gauge than original like the replacement floor pans are?

To be honest... If your working on a budget job... so long as they mostly fit and solve the rough sheet metal/ exhaust gas intrusion issues... they will be fine to everyone except the few who know what the should look like. Critter's top line restoration deserves better, but as a college student with limited resources I'm impressed you didn't just smear another 20LBS of Bondo in there. I like your car, and I think you are doing a fine job so far.
Do things in a logical order that allows you to drive the car as much as possible, paint will come, interior will come,safe tires are sexy... as long as you keep improving it a little at a time and get to enjoy it a little in between you are going in the right direction.
You can hire Foose to redo it after your rich and famous...

Admittedly I'm working on a tight budget as well... (youngest in college) and I went the "economy grade" panel route. Wildcat in Oregon had a compelete quarter for $1200.00 and that was out of my budget. The drivers side quarter on my car was toast and I used it to replace it. From the body crease down..about half the quarter full length. Thanks to my buddy, he masssaged it out with heat and it turned out good. Not great.. but liveable. The door isn't shut in the one pic so it looks like the line is way off.. but Its pretty darn straight. The rest of the car is real clean and solid. Had to put a patch panel in the lower front passenger fender. The bottom pic is brutal, I cant lie.. but after some heat and quenching it worked. Again.. it's a low budget driver.. have mercy on me! Hope this gives you an idea. Best to have someone with some metal/autobody skills when you buy parts like this.

So what's a good route to go for a 4bbl carb and an intake to go with it? Just curious.
Also I'm having a shop build me an H pipe exhuast system, should I buy dual Exhuast headers or have them build some? Do they do things like that?
If I buy a set of exhuast headers online would pretty much any set of those shorter block hugger exhuast headers work? The longer ones seem to never get built for C bodies. Would the shop just bend the pipes up to the headers or something?
I'm looking at something like this, Anyone got anything better? These say they fit the 71 Dodge Polara so I'm thinking they'll fit the Fury.
FOR DODGE CHARGER LA 318/340/360 V8 SMALL BLOCK HUGGER EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEADER
Anyone have any experience with this type of exhuast manifold header? They any good? It looks like a lot of sellers use this exact same type. Anyone know of anything better then this for around the same price? Maybe a little more if they are substantially better. Or should I just have the shop make up a set if they can?

exhaust manifold headers, yes. The old ones are set up for a single exhuast, and they leak pretty decently

You can use your existing manifolds with new gaskets.
