78 new yorker brougham progress

Seriously? Only 1 Formal at Carlisle from the FCBO?

Jeez, if I didn't know better I'd think we were on the Slab side and Fuselage Drydock.

But I do know better. Keep fighting the good fight fro the Formals, Bob!

Cool....now there will be TWO FCBO Formals at Carlisle! LOL!
Actually i had my 76 T&C there last summer but I only came down for the day. Next year I'm hoping to do it right...get the NYB and the 67 Imperial into the show. Hopefully I can meet some more of the FCBO gang.

I'll be glad to meet you and see your NYB with that fresh paint.

Still on the bucket list for me...work always gets in the way. Without fail.

It's drama at my work every year. They finally understand that I'll be in Carlisle, Pa if they want any work done....it'll have to be done at Carlisle.

Wow what a special car 413 4spd convertible. I have to tell you the Rams are great trucks I had an 05 2010 the 05 I bought new it was 4.7 with 6 spd manual I put 180,000 mi on it all i did to it was replace a u joint. Thats great for a truck with almost 200,000 mi 2010 was 4,7 auto never had any problems just got sick of car payments and high insurance. I can say the 05 was built like a tank it was much heavier the tailgate was twice as heavy as 2010 doors etc it reminded me of a car huge car from the 60's it was built by Mercedes back then. Next truck I buy will be 05 to 07 Ram

Antietam Battlefield (Maryland) is 70 miles from Carlisle.

More interesting things and places to see in the area upon request.
Just getting to Carlisle is all I want.

I had him put dark blue door mouldings down the side. Blue in the middle with chrome top and bottom... The blue is almost a perfect match and looks GREAT!
I'll keep you posted on the progress over the weekend.
