Ads are effectively irritating

Ad blockers help a bunch.
None of the sites bother me that much as I have a remote ad blocker and a tech that does a monthly update and system check.

You might want to refresh your factory settings on your device if you suddenly have ads appear.

I am a gold member here only so I could use the messaging system and see the gold section threads.
This is one of the few places I am willing to pay for content without ads.
I see ads as theft of my time.

If I use youtube on my pc with ad blockers I don't get any commercials.
Totally different when I am on the phone or on the digital TV as I get commercials after almost every song.
I am unaware how to include ad blockers on a phone or digital tv although I would think it possible.

I kain't stand using any kind of a fone to surf the internet! My shop laptop is ancient using Windoze 7 and it works fine even with all the ads! Got off the dang phone!!!!!

I use my phone for almost everything. I do have a laptop but use it a lot less.
Progressive lenses help a lot.

It takes a lot of money and time to make a website work. We're getting a free way to communicate with our Mopar brothers and sisters! The easiest way to pay for a website is to let advertisers place ads. Yes, popup ads are annoying, but they pay for the website. Becoming a good member here for a measley $40 a year is worth not seeing the excessive popup ads! Joey and Mike are doing us a great service letting us communicate with each other that wasn't even possible 25 years ago!! And with the increase in inflation the last four years, everything is more expensive including car parts and running a website!!

My old laptop has been collecting dust for ages now. I'm already paying a phone bill, no point paying for a separate internet line/modem for my amount of use.
