Another V-code Fury surfaces.

This one? I don't think I would care what color the interior was as long as it wasn't green.

V Code

awesome machine.
I would really like to get it.
Great fender tag.
best colour (B7), no v-top, console, buckets, no AC
The very tiny hair in the soup would be the black interieur. A blue one would have been my first choice.
But I can't complain too much:yourock:

Thanks for posting !

Carsten

Carsten,

This car has been known for years. I wasn't just recently discovered. The guy has been working on it for a long time. Last time I checked, it was NFS, and likely still is NFS. Maybe there is another Blue V code that has not been found yet, you never know.

Good luck with your search!

To me it's very much about Overall condition and originality. I pulled the Trigger on a beige Station wagon with a diarrhea Brown Vinyl interior two year ago for its outstanding low mileage and originaltity.

It looked pretty familiar as being one of the cars on Dan Corleys list.
First time I see some pics of it though

Latest issue of MCG....

Matt: What issue is this? I checked today and the September issue is on newstands here, south of the border, but there's no mention of this car. OTOH, HPMopar had a piece on a Fury GT.

Hasn't this one been around a while?

If you have September on the newsstand then this would be October in my mail slot.

Took me a few days to figure it out but this is my friend daves car. He's the one who helped me chose a cam for my 318 and who I ask for advice a lot. I saw the donor for this v code at daves shop on new years eve.

My car was an orig 6 cyl 3 on the tree 69 Fury 1 2dr. Now sports a 383 mag with a 3 speed on the floor.

Pic of a floor shifter.
Big deal.
I've got questions.
You've got answers (maybe).

I will try to answer them for you, if I can. I do not alot about the history of the car. What do you wanna know?

You've got a rare C-body.
I'm totally interested in the tranny floor shift setup.
Primarily, where is the shifter from and what does the tunnel hump look like with the shifter mounted in the floor.
Anything done about the old shifter column?
I would love clear sharp photos of the engine compartment.
Thanks.
