I'll chip in with the well wishes. I too had to take care of my wife for a few months. She was in Atlanta when her back gave out. About all she could do is crawl. I had her home in 24 hours. Its hard to see your wife hurting.

I've been in your shoes, running to an accident scene, watching them load up my daughter & wife onto the ambulance. We were lucky and things turned out ok. Hopefully your wife will have a speedy recovery.

I hope that's a small bird... or might be a very late thanksgiving feast. How is Carol doing? I understand she would still be sore and not want to move much, but my experience is if you don't move, even if just a little careful stretching, things take longer to heal. Might be too soon though...

She is improving with each day so that's good, and yes she is up a couple of times a day moving about, her body is showing the affects now though, bruises from top to toe. Doesn't look good but it will fade.

Nice! That's good stuff. Glad to hear she's improving.
I did a whole turkey on the Weber kettle tonite. I got a 13 lbs fresh turkey at the Kroger(grocery) today for 5 bucks! Nothing better than a whole turkey over charcoal.

Hey guys, i went and collected the personal possessions out of the car today and took some pics. For the ghouls out there. ;) As you can see the majority of the impact was luckily forward part of the car, still the sill was pushed in collapsing the footwell area almost a foot.
