Carlisle Chrysler Nationals July 13 - 15, 2018

I registered to the show and booked the hotel as part of my cabin fever...
Can't wait to go!!

This is great news. I've been hoping you would make it to Carlisle this year. You should get hold of that @Ross Wooldridge guy and his '66 T&C wagon. The two of you could do a convoy. And one more thing: Don't park your car near mine. It would make my car invisible.

Yes we did!

It will be great to meet you and see the car.
Looking forward to seeing everybody!

John, will you be going to the CNY Mopar Madness show in Liverpool,NY in June??
I am going to that show as part of the Barge on a Budget World Tour!

Yes, I am!

That's a nice show in a great facility.

I usually stay at the Holiday Inn express in Carlisle. Not this year , we are at the next HIE up the road. The one in Carlisle is a good one to be at, my favorite hotel spot in town .

Wingate in Mechanicsburg, or HI Express in Carlisle. Which is the better choice, and is anybody staying at either one?
The HI is obviously closer to the fairgrounds, but Mechanicsburg has more amenities like stores and restaurants. We are staying at the Comfort Inn in Mechanicsburg.

There's a "back way" from Mechanicsburg that will avoid most of the traffic.

I also suggest taking a day (before or after) to tour the AACA museum in nearby Hershey since you are coming in some distance.

Thankz for the up date My Friend. You scared the Ka-Kah out of me when you said you were not doing Carlisle this year but were doing another pilgrimage to the Big Hills that are the Headwaters for the Snake, Missouri, and Colorado Riverz, I'm just gonna say TWO thingz Pal. 1st iz that you and your family have become the catalyst for all thingz C-body at Carlisle like it or not if you haven't figured it out yet. 2nd. Understand that I gave up 50+ yearz of networking in S.E. Michigan to relocate to Wilmington in '14. You know the network you develop over many yearz making friendz and acquaintances to make any and all thingz happen with ONE PHONE CALL TO THE RIGHT NUMBER? Kiss that good by for the rest of your life when you make a move cross country FO EVAH. Oh yeah, and after living in Wisconsin, Oregon, California, Texas, Michigan, and now North Carolina. I find that after 79 yearz of bouncing around this great country, every blade of grass iz the same shade of Green, no better no worse, Jer
