Carlisle Chrysler Nationals July 13 - 15, 2018

Made our hotel reservations last night. We will be staying at the La Quinta New Cumberland Harrisburg. We are using La Quinta's all the way across country since we are bringing Misty with us and they all allow pets for free.

I'm glad you're coming Chris. Been awhile since I've seen the doggie. LOL!

Maybe this year I'll actually make it. I'm attending a wedding in Nova Scotia the weekend before, and will be stopping in after that. Reservations were made a few months ago at the HI Express in Carlisle for check in on the 12th. Don't know yet if I'm driving out or flying, but in any case it's just me, not one of the cars.

I just did a google map of that trip.11,000 km not including any touring at my stops. That's probably an additional 1,000 km. The total trip will likely be 24-25 days. There's July taken care of.

I have to cut costs, so I'm flying to Toronto and renting a car there. Cheaper to fly and rent than drive from here, as well as cutting 8 days off the trip. A few more bucks saved by getting a room a little farther out. I re-booked at the La Quinta where Chris ( @azblackhemi ) is staying, check in on Thursday, checkout on Sunday. Total savings are about $1500 doing it this way.

Catherine Bach was setup in the tent across the C-Body line in 2016. People were in line all day long to get her autograph.

She doesn't know when to hang it up. Long overdue.

Even though she's 74 she is still a very nice and friendly woman. I have talked to her several times. Still sharp as a tack and a true sport/classic car woman.

I will be happy to be breathing and still walking semi-straight up @ 74 not necessarily in that order.
Good for her she can still get appearance money

Yeah that's okay you would have to park on the hill if you brought the Challenger anyway. Now you can park your Aveo right outside the gate.:poke:
