Next was the Braidwood Zoo, which is where we discovered that Tim's carb baseplate gasket had given up on us. David deduced that with some of Mark's carb
cleaner sprayed on the base. We then went a 'country' mile NW to get gaskets and do the swap (pictured earlier)
As per the usual the CATL was far more adventurous than one would possibly think. Arrived at the Gemini Giant about 15 min. late due to crappy traffic. @sixpkrt Imperial had quite rough idle. With everyone pitching in it was determined the carb base gasket was leaking, a replacement was found near by. With teamwork that would put Freiburger and the Roadkill bunch to shame Tim was back on the road. Abig thanks to @furious70 for the photo.
