Above, is a 1940 MY "concept" of a 1948 Chrysler. That was a cool looking sled. Coming attractions that WWII interrupted.
However, they did have a concept car actually running around that paced the 1941 Indy 500 -- the Newport Dual Cowl Phaeton.

not sure the year of lime green Roadmaster, but sources indicate somewhere in '54-'56, in early "Fitz & Kaufmann" before the more numerous/memorable Pontiac campaigns (late 50's thru about 1971).
More mid-50's Buicks in cool night-time illustrations are among the duo's early work. The last one, the white car, is 1956 per the rear license plate cue.

1960 Caddie went all in with this campaign. Different colors/cars, but one theme. "Luxury standard" for the world, they said back then.
These ads may have started as "photos", then "shopped" to give them the appearance of fine art. Process has a name that escapes me ...
