i found a man that wanted to sell a truck regardless of the daily market price of nitrogen - i20 dodge canton texas no bullshit sales just what i needed. they even had a base model with no adds on it. thats unheard of around here.

this one only has the off road package and the level1 big horn lone star package its pretty basic

The auto-stop can be modulated a bit by brake pedal pressure. Just enough to keep the vehicle stationary but not enough to trigger the switch. There might be a disable switch, but it only works for each start cycle.

You might file those engine temps away for future reference, using the Driver Info Ctr more for speed than anything else. As long as the temp gauge is in the center of the travel, all should be fine.

The auto-shut off can usually be defeated pretty easily. On my car the feature does not work if car is in “sport mode” which is always, in my case, except interstates. It is also overridden if the a/c is on max setting or by just a slight release of the brake then brake again.
In my experience the US manufacturers do a decent job with the quickest start as you let off the brake. The imports, particularly europeans have a noticeable delay so that it’s annoying. The reason my car is in sport mode in stop n go driving.

this has the hybrid etorque motor on it too. it does work well/quickly but i dont like not feeling the truck running.
