Daves new addition

That's the only green I like on the 70/71 paint charts also.... I wish I had known you when it was for sale.....
I have seen two GTs in that color on theweb site. One was from Jersey then Conn, was the other one yours? Or us yours a third?

They made 2024 polara brougham two doors in 71... Can't be but a few like mine

I can't get enough of the blue one...

That poor little E body gets lost in between all the C bodies!! That is a classic picture :yaayy:

Very nice cars! Looks like you have a lot more of them in that facility???

Yes, actually I do have many more cars than even the ones in the garage - way too many in fact, so that is one of the reasons why I am selling some. I need to focus on just the ones that interest me the most. I provided some photos in an earlier post on this site. Thank you.

Steve

Actually my former 71 GT must have been a third one since it originally came from Nebraska, and was never back East. Given how few were produced, it is easy to see that many people must have viewed that B7/white combination with high regard even back in the days.

Great looking car Dave. Glad you didn't kill yourself on the drive home.

Nothing like having a colour matched pair of cars !

I thought the white car was a hardtop, I'm so confused the only way to clear this up is to get pictures of the whole fleet:poke:

WOW............ nice score Dave.
I've been running wide open the past week and just scanned through this thread. Congradulations on obtaining another fabulious example for your collection. The story of you and your dads road adventure to get it is a treasure.

I look forward to seeing it at Carlisle.

I think I see a white car in my future!! Thanks Dave!! She will be out with the top down by then end of next summer if all goes well!! :eusa_dance::eusa_dance:

That photo was pulled from the Tournament of Roses archives by a fellow in California. An acquaintance from another board who had a 1970 Polara convertible and was intrigued by the Roses story 12 years ago. I also have a video of the parade and you can see that car, a Chrysler, a Fury, a Barracuda.... Funny how the magazines over the years picked up on the Bengal Chargers, The Blues Barracudas, the Shriners Imperials and some others that elude me right now. YET They have no idea that so many White bodied, white topped, black interiored cars were built by Chrysler exclusively for the Tournament of Roses parade throughout the years. Bozo Rob Wolf didnt want to hear about it .. . . . EF him

For those who asked.....

Great photo's Dave !!!

you can load them on imgur and link to photo's .. don't have to worry about reducing that way

really easy and the account is free

Had to dump the garage and move things around. The white car is moving closer to her original home of California and going to Nebraska. I KNOW she will be in good capable hands and get what she deserves.
I have to figure out what lift to get so I dont have to kick dad out and keep using the garage for everything it was intended for. Right now I have four across tight side to side. With no cabinets or tools I can get six inside if I had to.... Oh the problems...:eusa_think:

That's a very nicely attended photo shoot my friend!
