Deck Lid Torsion Bar Roller

3D printing is probably the way to go. I don't have one, but there are many crafty people out there that would know what to do. I myself would experiment with making one out of a hardwood dowel perhaps? Even if it is temporary until one is found. Necessity is the Mother of invention.
3D printing has it's limitations and I'd say since this is spring loaded, it would be tough to get the 3D printed part to stand up.

Super easy part to make on a regular manual lathe. No fancy CNC needed. Hardest part is grinding the radius on the cutting tool.

While I await the ebay seller to ship the NOS part I decided to try and find an alternative so I could keep using the car. Amazing how much you need the trunk in a convertible!

Anyway, I had a box of old parts given to me and in that box I found a round plastic spacer that measured 1" long x 3/4" wide with a 3/8" center hole. While not a perfect fit (slightly smaller in outside diameter), it works perfectly. I don't know how long it will hold up but it is a hard plastic that seems durable.

I attached pics for anyone who may need to find a suitable replacement until they can source a metal replacement (or have one made on a lathe as @Big_John suggested).
