Dang, I tried to count them on screen and I swore I got 16! but 72 dpi can impose a handicap on the eyes
Sorry to hear that!

So despite the fact the average temperature has been -20 F the last few days, I've been productive. I knew I would find more rust, but didn't expect to find as much as I did. Oh well, when you're already elbow deep why give up?
Besides, I'm a sick SOB who loves basket cases anyway..

No doubt! How do you get a good ground? It's not even metal anymore. That's the Ontario rust I remember from my youth.I'm thinking that it's been leaking for decades, which explains tha corroded wiring and the gremlins I've had to deal with.
Yup, I've seen lots of weird rot in Ontario on same model cars...one rotten, the other okay...normally related to how they were pampered in life-or not.In the same token these two were also Ontario cars? View attachment 159057 View attachment 159058 View attachment 159059
I'm not going to completely remove the firewall, the cowl is rust free, it's just the inner structure and outer skin on the ends.Lots more bracing I hope! When you cut the A-pillars, well let’s just say I don know what’ll happen because I braced the hell out of mine before making the cuts. When I did make the cut though I heard and felt the tension travel through the entire body like a spring wanting to unwind.
It does a good job, sucks CFM like a bastard though, my single stage 5 HP 60 gallon is not impressed.Looks like even though it's cheap it works good
