Exactly, good point Matt. Rust convertor and duct tape that sedan together and drive.......! You'll get upside down quick just fixing the rust in that car, Plus it's diverting your attention, (and resources), from the flagship convertible.

Trust me, I know this from experience.

I do, but right now It's 2 hours away and this one is 2 minutes away, I'm only putting a few hours in it after work each night.

He's not neglected, he's living in a heated garage right now. I'm mostly at the point of needing to collect the rest of the parts (or should I say funds) to finish the rag top mechanically.
