It looks like your making a quilt! Just kidding of course. No simple way to fix this stuff. I would imagine there is no such thing as aftermarket wheel houses for a C body.

I will be grinding it kind of flat, it's on the inside and won't be seen. I am a little OCD. I want it done right.

I've done it before as well. I didn't grind any areas that could not be seen though. Then I smoothered the area with Por rust coating.

I finished the wheel house welding, well cut out rust a re welded. I sprayed with epoxy primer. Now I have to cut it in to my car. Also cut out pieces of the fender I will be welding in. And, I did find more rust on the passenger side.
