Engine swap should I go 360 or 383

Yes sir I hear you and I understand what you're saying as I have been looking for go fast parts for it for over 2 years and nothing has came up except for a double four barrel manifold that a guy wanted $1,000 for, but you know what I will hold off swapping my engine(unless a deal I can't refuse pops up) till I go to the fall fling mopar show later this year and I will look around and see if they have any parts at the swap meet.
