The Tom Merkel car garden.....
I did a roadtrip with a good friend in 2006 and whe were at a gasstation/motel/cafe i think between new and old Cuyama and whe spoke a father and son..Mexican plumbers and they asked what we would like to see in that area and we told them old cars so he told us excactly were to go.........road 33 iiac , there was a old cafe named the halveway cafe....on the other side of that cafe is a fence , open that fence and drive a halve mile in and you will see hundreds of old cars so we did......we also spoke Tom , ....he died some years ago....
He drove a 73 or 74 lincoln from Henry Kissinger .......all the cars are gone i believe.
