Didn't work on the Plymouth today instead I went and hung out with the previous owner, got to learn a bit about my car. First off it turns out my car in the last 10 years never had side trim, well never a complete set, also 7 years ago it lived a year in eastern Canada, found out the rear leaf spring were re-arched and possibly had a extra leaf added about 6 years ago,

also got to hear of a story about just how bad the brakes were (quality and the condition),

On the way to a cruise night in Bowmanville (just short drive from here) on the highway a guy stopped short for traffic that was congested in front of the Plymouth, Andy layed the brake down, it faded fast and the car shook violently and pulled all over the place, most importantly, it didn't stop, it kept on going, Andy pulled into the shoulder till he could get it slowed down, he said the brakes were never done while he had it and he doubted if the owner before him had done them the time he had it.

Andy and his wife are looking forward to going to a show in my Plymouth.

Andy also told me flat out after seeing my photo album, "of all the guys who called and looked, I know now that I chose the right guy to sell the cars to, I'm glad your restoring the Fury"
