Boogie Down ! Check out this Disco Dodge Charger Daytona. A no sale with a high bid of $20 thousand !

That auction had some weird results. Maybe nobody wants one, but I think $12,750 for an AMX seems cheap. I'll take two!

There was 3 AMX cars at the auction. None brought big money. This one was an older restoration that was showing its age. I do agree & it might had brought more if it had been the only one. And it depends on how it runs. They had one car, a Ford Galaxy I think that when they tried to start it to drive across the block it wouldn’t start. Had to push it across. That had to hurt it.

WOW, that's beautiful and fully loaded to boot. A high bid of $20,000 I would of sold it. That's probably retail or almost high retail for that car, no?
I believe that is the high on meth and B-J Syndrome price!!! I don't know who is more delusional, the person that bid $20k on a car with (probably at least) 110k miles, or the person that turned it down! Don't get me wrong, I love me some late Bs (I own 2) but that number is crazy! Give me $20K and I would buy the AMX, a nice late b at market price and have enough $ left to have them transported to Maine!!

11 thousand mile one owner car. This car was nice. Not a seasoned car. It looked brand new. The stainless, rubber trim, chrome, emblems everything looked new. I imagine the owner was testing the market here.

This car belongs to the owner of the Lincoln dealership in Raleigh. They just moved to a new super nice building & I was there when they brought the car in to put it in the show room. It’s a 57 Mark. I looked it over pretty good. The chrome trim was near perfect. The paint was swirl free. Very high quality appearance.

This Mercury Turnpike Cruiser was at a local shop. I had stopped in to get my vans annual state inspection & they let me photo it. Check out those skirts lying on the floor. This car looked to be a older restoration. Not as nice as the Lincoln posted above but still a very nice car.

The detail on this car and many others of the era just blows me away.....

I like the Turnpike Cruisers. I think it's the roll-down back window that originally sold 'em to me.

That's a pretty Chevy. The '65-'66 impalas can usually still be bought for a reasonable price. Any idea what that one sold for?

This custom Chevy car hauler was nicely done & after closely looking it over I think the $30 grand selling price was a good deal for the buyer even with the buyers premium.

11 grand was high bid on

this nice 54 Caddy sedan. Not bad. A 2 door would have brought twice that price I’m thinking. Perhaps it should have identified as a 2 door......
