What are the most common reasons an air conditioned Chrysler automobile won't blow hot air with a full radiator.

What year vehicle is this? The older ones used a cable from the heater control to the heater valve. This applies to most '68 and older models. This cable sometimes comes loose from the heater control or the heater valve. For the later ones, If the blower is working, then you likely have a problem with the heater control valve, most of the later ones were located on the passenger side fender. The valve has a vacuum line hooked to it, turn on the heater, start the car and remove the line to the valve, if it is getting vacuum, the valve is likely bad. If there is no vacuum, the is a leak someplace. Start by checking the small line off of the intake manifold at the connection for the brake booster and work you way back to the heater control. There is a vacuum switch inside of the heater control that sometimes leaks, if so you will need to source a new switch.

Are BOTH heater hoses (into and out of) the heater core getting warm/hot? They should be the same temp if all is well.

As said be sure the heater hoses (both) are hot and the temperature door is moving.
